People have meditated since the beginning of time. In today’s fast pace world and so many uncertainties, people have a hard time meditating but are feeling a strong urge to find means to quiet their brain to keep in touch with the deeper side of their self. Meditation has been proven to relieve anxiety, stress, depression, build the immune system and to help one sleep. It is also important that when one wants to connect with a higher self to have a strong protection system and grounding practice in place.
You will be led on a guided meditation to create your intentions and releasing what is no longer serving your higher purpose!
In addition, Amelia Walsh and Marilyn Poscic will do a mini intuitive interpretation for you and what you discovered on your journey if you care to share!
