Do you Trust Your Intuition?

Do you Know How to Trust Those Vibes?

I believe we are all spiritual beings having human experiences. We have come to learn lessons that our soul has not learned from past life experiences. We all get those inner gut feelings whether you believe in the above statement or not. What happens when you trust those inner gut feelings? What happens when you do not? Would you like to have a better understanding as well as faith to trust those vibes or your own intuition without fear and outside opinions? Then by all means read on!

Did you know the average person has approximately 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts per day? If a person has 70,000 thoughts per day, that is about 77 per minute! While 80% of adults identify as “spiritual” to some extent, and 49% report having a “mystical experience” (a moment of spiritual awakening), these are likely fleeting moments rather than the baseline of thought. However, about 80% of thoughts are negative. The negative will rule out the spiritual every time unless you are consciously building a strong spiritual base of faith, trust and spiritual protections! Did you know that studies have found that 85% of the things we worry about never actually happen? So how do you build that strong spiritual base to keep the negative from winning?

I would like to begin with spiritual protection. Each and every single day surround yourself with white light. Since I work with Angels, I always ask Arc Angel Michael to surround me with white light. If you have another spiritual being you work with, ask Them to surround you with white light. I like to imagine I have a big white bubble or balloon surrounding me at all times. Keep in mind where there is light, darkness cannot prevail and negativity is very dark!

Next most people will tell you the best way to get in touch with inner self is to meditate. Although I know this to be true, many people can not or will not quiet their minds especially in this crazy world of opinions, judgement, social media, internet and news media to quiet their minds enough to fully meditate. So, what else can you do?

Have you ever noticed or paid attention to when you are doing an activity such as anything artistic, painting, drawing, writing, singing, playing an instrument, listening to music, gardening or even driving, your thoughts come out of no where and you wonder where that thought came from? Guess what! That is your intuition or vibe talking to you! Yes, it is real!

Write it down. Then go within in your heart not your brain to see exactly how it makes you feel. Does it give you a Ah Ha moment causing you to think geeee I hadn’t thought of that before? The best thing you can do for yourself is not to analyze or judge. Just go within and if it makes you feel good write it down and build on that. However, if it doesn’t feel good not because your brain is talking but because it’s your heart, still write it down and you may come back to it one day. It simply means this isn’t for you at this time!

Here is a breakdown of the sources and nature of thoughts:

  • The Three/Four Sources: Thoughts are generally thought to come from three primary sources: the self (ego/mind), the spiritual realm (God/Holy Spirit), or external, often negative, influences.
  • The Subconscious/Ego Dominance: Some perspectives argue that over 98% of thoughts are subconscious, habitual, and derived from past experiences (the ego), while only a small percentage (less than 0.5%) are “fresh,”, conscious, or spiritually inspired.
  • Deep vs. Superficial Thoughts: Routine thoughts (e.g., “what to eat”) are often seen as mental or ego-driven, whereas deeper, emotional, or intuitive thoughts—such as profound insights, sudden impulses of love, or warnings—are often considered spiritual.
  • The “All is Energy” View: From a different spiritual or metaphysical perspective, all thoughts are frequencies of consciousness or energy, meaning every thought has a spiritual, underlying, or interconnected component, even if they seem mundane.

How to Identify Spiritual Thoughts:

  • Peace vs. Fear: Thoughts from a higher spiritual source (e.g., the Holy Spirit) often bring a sense of peace, while fearful, anxious, or doubtful thoughts are often considered to be from the self or other sources.
  • Guidance and Intuition: Persistent, recurring thoughts, especially those that come in quiet moments and offer guidance, may be interpreted as spiritual messages.

Ultimately, the proportion of spiritually related thoughts is subjective and depends on an individual’s spiritual awareness, daily mindfulness, and intentionality. Keep up with your spiritual protection. Make sure you are grounded centered and balanced in your core (like making sure your chakras are balanced), and keep asking your “Guys” for help, advise and best direction in life that is for your best and highest self. Remember, They are always listening and willing to help us with everything!
